In this course, the students will participate
in a wide variety of activities which include: Ultimate, Badminton, Dance, Step Aerobics, Volleyball, Canoeing, Bowling, Golf,
Handball, Swimming, and Martial Arts.
Course Philosophy:
This course has been designed to show the students the not so conventional activities that can help them be active
for life. The ultimate goal is to teach the students the importance of being physically fit and active for life
